Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Harding). They claimed a resounding 42-6 victory over the St. Vincent-St. Mary Fighting Irish. The Raiders have beaten the Fighting Irish the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Fighting Irish has come to flipping the script.
Harding found their leader in sophomore Makhai Brogden, who rushed for 135 yards and a pair of scores on only 12 carries. Brogden's longest rush was for an impressive 54 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. The team also got some help courtesy of Patrick (Kai) Blutcher, who picked up 44 receiving yards and two TDs.
