Basketball Game Preview: Yutan Chieftains vs. Bishop Neumann Cavaliers

Yutan will head out to face Bishop Neumann after giving up their first home loss of the season on Saturday. Yutan fell 44-32 to Malcolm. The matchup marked the Chieftains' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meanwhile, Bishop Neumann posted their closest win since February 1, 2024 on Friday. They skirted past Scotus 60-57. The victory continues a trend for the Cavaliers in their matchups with the Shamrocks: they've now won four in a row.

Bishop Neumann's win bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Yutan, their loss dropped their record down to 14-5.

Yutan was taken down by Bishop Neumann 60-20 in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. Can Yutan avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
