The Valor Christian Eagles will head out on the road to challenge the Eaglecrest Raptors at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Valor Christian comes in on 14 and Eaglecrest on 18.

Valor Christian is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They came out on top against Rangeview by a score of 61-51.

It was another big night for Cole Scherer, who dropped a double-double with 39 points and 12 boards. The matchup was his 11th in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Brady Wynja, who posted seven points and seven rebounds.

Meanwhile, it may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Eaglecrest ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They walked away with a 79-69 victory over Mountain Vista.

Valor Christian's win bumped their record up to 23-4. As for Eaglecrest, they pushed their record up to 25-2 with the victory, which was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season.
