Volleyball Recap: Lower Brule Takes a Loss

Lower Brule lost against Highmore/Harrold back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Sioux came up short against the Pirates, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Sioux have suffered since September 30th.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-8, 25-17.

Lower Brule's defeat dropped their record down to 12-15. As for Highmore/Harrold, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-11 record this season.

Lower Brule has already played their next matchup (against White River), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Highmore/Harrold, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lyman at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
