Baseball Recap: John Marshall Comes Up Short

John Marshall dropped to 8-4 on Monday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins at home. They fell just short of the Steubenville Big Red by a score of 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Monarchs have suffered since May 8, 2025.

As for Steubenville, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-4. That's two games straight that they have won by exactly two runs.
