While Sarcoxie's victory against Jasper wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bears sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 11-10 win over the Eagles on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 17-0 two weeks ago.

Sarcoxie's victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-3. As for Jasper, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Coming up, Sarcoxie will head out on the road to challenge Lockwood at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jasper, they will challenge Rich Hill at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
