Volleyball Recap: Northeast Academy Comes Up Short

Northeast Academy lost against Kerr-Vance Academy back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles fell 3-1 to the Spartans.

Northeast Academy came incredibly close to winning: the sets they lost were decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 26-24, 21-25, 25-23.

Northeast Academy dropped their record down to 4-9 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Kerr-Vance Academy, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Northeast Academy will face off against rival Ridgecroft at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Kerr-Vance Academy is set to square off against their familiar foe Albemarle School at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
