St. Joseph Catholic will square off against a team with plenty of momentum: Simpson Academy extended their winning streak to three on Friday. The Cougars took their contest with ease, bagging an 80-53 victory over Park Place Christian Academy.

Meanwhile, St. Joseph Catholic won against Central Hinds Academy on Tuesday with 56 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Bruins blew past Bayou Academy 56-34.

Simpson Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for St. Joseph Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 10-1.
