Baseball Game Preview: West Potomac Wolverines vs. Robinson Rams

For the second straight game, West Potomac will face off against Robinson. The Wolverines will host the Rams at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. West Potomac's pitching crew has only allowed 3.1 runs per game this season, so Robinson's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

On Tuesday, West Potomac beat Robinson 6-2. The Wolverines haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Rhys Meyer was excellent, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Barrett Baker, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one triple.

Robinson is on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8. As for West Potomac, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.
