With a playoff win on the line, Ovilla Christian rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They blew past the San Jacinto Christian Academy Patriots 3-0. The win was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won 23 matches in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-17, 25-13.

Brenlin Garlitz paced Ovilla Christian's offense, picking up 14 kills. Garlitz also shared the team's lead in assists with Sarah Fanning: they picked up 13 each. Fanning and Garlitz didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with four apiece.

Ovilla Christian's victory bumped their record up to 29-3-1. As for San Jacinto Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-4.
