Savannah came tearing into Saturday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Paseo Academy of Performing Arts Pirates.

Among those leading the charge was Meara Delaney, who had five aces. Rilynn Blake also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Savannah was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 24 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in five consecutive contests.

Savannah's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Paseo Academy of Performing Arts, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Savannah wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Grandview on the 27th. Paseo Academy of Performing Arts has also already played their next matchup (against Crossroads Prep Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
