ALA - Gilbert North took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 41-0 win over Desert Sunrise. The high-scoring effort was just what the Eagles needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

ALA - Gilbert North got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Gwenyth Scheurn out in front who picked up 150 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Scheurn also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making four total tackles in addition to snagging an interception. Another pass catcher making a difference was Maci Hansen, who picked up 66 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Meanwhile, Crismon's rock-solid defense showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout on Tuesday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 56-0 win over Dysart. Crismon found their leader in sophomore Morse, who threw for 168 yards and four TDs, and also rushed for 47 yards. Reylynn Lazarin didn't just play on offense: she also made one tackle and defended one pass in addition to snagging two interceptions which she returned one-yard for a touchdown. Skylar DaCosta got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Crismon's defense and their four sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Alyssa Dozhier and Ava Rodriguez, who racked up all four sacks between them. Brayah Andree got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Crismon pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 1.8 points on average over those games. As for ALA - Gilbert North, their victory bumped their record up to 8-1.
