Soccer Recap: Crystal River Triumphs

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Crystal River walked away with it. They skirted past the Citrus Hurricanes 2-1.

Gracie Ulrich and Faith Holmes scored both of Crystal River's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 16 goals.

Crystal River's win bumped their record up to 8-9-1. As for Citrus, their loss dropped their record down to 7-10-3.

Crystal River will square off against Vanguard at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Vanguard is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.6 goals per game this season. Citrus does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
