Softball Recap: Claiborne Christian Comes Up Short

Claiborne Christian came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against D'Arbonne Woods, falling 11-0. The Crusaders have struggled against D'Arbonne Woods recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Claiborne Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for D'Arbonne Woods, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.

Claiborne Christian has already played their next contest, a 15-0 win against Gibsland-Coleman on the 8th. As for D'Arbonne Woods, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, an 11-0 victory against Simsboro on the 7th.
