Edison is 0-4 against North Miami since November of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Edison Red Raiders will head out on the road to face off against the North Miami Pioneers at 5:00 p.m. Edison is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
Edison suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Wednesday. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 54-32 walloping at the hands of Coral Gables.
North Miami posted their biggest victory yet this season on Wednesday. They blew past Carol City 41-3 at home. Given North Miami's advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 301st, while Carol City is ranked 611th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Edison's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for North Miami, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-11.
Edison was dealt a bruising 69-3 loss at the hands of North Miami when the teams last played back in November of 2019. The contest was all but decided by halftime, at which point Edison was down 48-3.
