Basketball Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Roosevelt can now relate to. They took a 74-65 hit to the loss column at the hands of the O'Gorman Knights on Saturday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Roosevelt's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for O'Gorman, they moved to 13-8 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Roosevelt does not have any more games scheduled as of now. O'Gorman will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Harrisburg at 7:45 p.m. on March 20th. O'Gorman has given up an average of 59.6 points per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.
