Volleyball Recap: Republic Takes a Loss

If Republic was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Selkirk on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers fell just short of the Valley Christian Panthers by a score of 3-2 on Saturday. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2019.

Republic's loss dropped their record down to 17-4. As for Valley Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Republic nor Valley Christian have any future games scheduled.
