Softball Recap: North Allegheny Takes a Loss

North Allegheny fell victim to Canon-McMillan and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Big Macs. Tigers fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Big Macs since on Wednesday.

North Allegheny is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5. As for Canon-McMillan, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Looking ahead, North Allegheny will take on Pine-Richland at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rams will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Canon-McMillan, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, an 8-3 victory against Mt. Lebanon on the 17th.
