Football Recap: Eastside Starts Season with Victory at Home

Eastside took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They blew past the Fort Chiswell Pioneers, posting a 43-12 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Spartans also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Looking ahead, Eastside will look to defend their home field on Friday against Central Wise at 7:00 p.m. As for Fort Chiswell, they will venture away from home to face off against Rural Retreat at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
