Basketball Recap: Carter Takes a Loss

Carter suffered their biggest loss since December 18, 2024 on Friday. They were dealt a 66-38 defeat at the hands of the Summit SkyHawks. The matchup marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Carter and nudges their season record down to 7-9. As for Summit, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-8.

Carter will take on Jurupa Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Summit, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Village Christian at 7:10 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Summit's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four matches.
