Black Hills took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Aberdeen, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Wolves sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Bobcats on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Wolves have posted since October 2nd.

Black Hills pushed their record up to 7-10 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Aberdeen, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Black Hills is set to take on their familiar foe WF West at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Aberdeen will square off against rival Tumwater at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
