Piner is a perfect 3-0 against Casa Grande since December of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Prospectors will take on the Gauchos in a holiday battle at 8:00 p.m.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Piner and Windsor, and Windsor kept the tradition alive. The Prospectors fell 46-34 to the Jaguars on Tuesday. The matchup marked the Prospectors' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Casa Grande had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They walked away with a 60-53 win over the Bulldogs.

Casa Grande's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Piner, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Everything went Piner's way against Casa Grande in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, as Piner made off with a 66-42 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Prospectors since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
