Volleyball Recap: Back of the Yards College Prep Takes a Loss

Back of the Yards College Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Lindblom Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bobcats of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Back of the Yards College Prep might've come up short, but they didn't make it easy on Lindblom: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-23.

Back of the Yards College Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Lindblom, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-7.

Back of the Yards College Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Bulls College Prep on the 8th. As for Lindblom, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Chicago Washington on the 8th.
