Basketball Recap: Cedar Bluffs Skates Past Mead with Ease

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Shelby-Rising City, Cedar Bluffs was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Mead Raiders 47-19. That looming 47-19 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Wildcats yet this season.

With the win, Cedar Bluffs broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-6. As for Mead, their defeat was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-8.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Cedar Bluffs Wildcats duke it out with the Lewiston Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Cedar Bluffs is facing Lewiston at the right time seeing as Lewiston is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Mead, they will take on Yutan at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
