Volleyball Game Preview: Tacony Academy Charter Lions vs. Saul Razorbacks

After both having extra time off, the Tacony Academy Charter Lions and the Saul Razorbacks will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Tacony Academy Charter took a loss when they played away from home last Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They skirted past Nueva Esperanza 3-2.

Tacony Academy Charter was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (101-96), but they still managed to win. The final score came out to 15-25, 25-20, 26-24, 15-25, 15-7.

Meanwhile, Saul made easy work of Science Leadership Academy at Beeber on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 win. The Razorbacks haven't had any issues with the Rockets recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

The win got Tacony Academy Charter back to even at 5-5. As for Saul, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
