Softball Recap: Argo Takes a Loss

Argo made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Reavis, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Argonauts fell just short of the Rams by a score of 7-5 on Monday. The loss continues a trend for the Argonauts in their meetings with the Rams: they've now lost six in a row.

Argo's defeat dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Reavis, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-10.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Argo will square off against rival Shepard at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Reavis is set to take on their familiar foe Tinley Park at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
