Volleyball Recap: Herriman Takes a Loss

Herriman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the West Jordan Jaguars. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Jaguars apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2022.

Herriman started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 14-25, 25-22, 25-17, 25-23.

Herriman's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for West Jordan, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Herriman will take on Provo at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Jordan, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Payson at 6:00 p.m.
