Volleyball Recap: Kell Picks Up Fifth Consecutive Win

Kell waltzed into their match on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Pickens Dragons by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on Saturday.

Among those leading the charge was Rilee Wells, who had seven digs and three aces. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in assists (four). Madison Lindsey also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Kell's win bumped their record up to 7-3. As for Pickens, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-5.

Kell wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against North Murray on the 16th. As for Pickens, they will head out to face off against White County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Dragons their first taste of in-conference action this season.
