Grandview had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Trinity Valley Trojans. This was payback for the Zebras, who suffered a 2-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

London Helm paced Grandview's offense, picking up seven kills. Helm got some help from Gracie Lawson and her 23 assists.

Grandview's win bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Trinity Valley, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Grandview has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Bowie on the 22nd. As for Trinity Valley, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Grace Prep at 6:00 p.m. on September 9.
