Howard had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Mt. Hebron Vikings with a sharp 56-35 win on Wednesday. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 21 points or more this season.

The victory was the seventh in a row for Howard, bringing their record for this year to 19-5. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.0 points over those games. As for Mt. Hebron, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 15-11 record.
