Basketball Game Preview: Leonard Lancers vs. Santaluces Chiefs

The Leonard Lancers will take on the Santaluces Chiefs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Leonard is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

Leonard is headed into the matchup out to prove that what happened against Coral Springs Charter on Wednesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Leonard had to suffer through a 82-53 loss at the hands of Coral Springs Charter. The Lancers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 40-19.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Santaluces, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They took down Spanish River 47-33 on Thursday.

Leonard's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Santaluces, their win bumped their record up to 9-12.
