You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Foothill's strategy against Johnson on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Mustangs blew the Warriors out of the water with a 58-31 final score. Considering the Mustangs have won three contests by more than 26 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Foothill didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as TJ Harbison, Rashun Carter, and Ramon Giles picked up one apiece. Giles got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

The win made it two in a row for Foothill and bumps their season record up to 3-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.5 points over those games. As for Johnson, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.
