            The Nashoba Valley Tech Vikings will challenge the East Boston Jets at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Nashoba Valley Tech is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.2  runs per game  this season.
Nashoba Valley Tech barely beat Notre Dame Cristo Rey the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Vikings were the clear victors by  a  25-1 margin over the Panthers on Thursday. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Vikings.

 Micah Wells was a  major factor no matter where he played. He  pitched two innings while giving up just one earned run off   one  hit. Wells was even better at the plate,  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances with four  runs, one  triple,  and one  stolen base. Nashoba Valley Tech is undefeated when  Wells posts two or  more  runs, but 2-3 otherwise.
 In other batting news,  Griffen Casey was a standout: he got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with three  runs, four  RBI,  and one  stolen base. He is  on a roll when it comes to  stolen bases, as he's  now  snagged  at least one in each of the last four games he's  played.  Elijah Galvin was another key player,  going a perfect 4-for-4 with four  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI.
 Nashoba Valley Tech  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .658. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
 Meanwhile, East Boston was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss. They lost  15-3 to Greater Lawrence Tech.
 Nashoba Valley Tech pushed their record up to 5-3 with the  win, which was their third straight  at home. Those  home  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 17.3 runs over those games. As for East Boston, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-8.
