Kapaun Mt. Carmel had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They came out on top against the North RedHawks by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Kapaun Mt. Carmel was: they took both sets by at least 11 points. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-10.

Mason Palace paced Kapaun Mt. Carmel's offense, picking up eight kills. Palace got some help from Gracie Bezdek and her eight assists.

Kapaun Mt. Carmel's win bumped their record up to 23-10. As for North, they dropped their record down to 13-14 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Kapaun Mt. Carmel didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against East on the 14th. As for North, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Eudora on the 11th.
