Pavilion had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Oakfield-Alabama on Monday. The Golden Gophers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hornets. The Golden Gophers not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 20, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Pavilion's victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pavilion will host York at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
