Chaparral has been on a difficult stretch since their win on November 19. They fell 3-1 to the Temecula Valley Golden Bears on Wednesday. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pumas this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on January 10th.

Chaparral's loss dropped their record down to 1-8-2. As for Temecula Valley, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-7-1.
