Forestburg had won two straight road games and Jocelyn Rich did her part to make it three on Friday. The Longhorns blew past the Prairie Valley Bulldogs 3-0 thanks in part to Rich, who had 16 digs and four aces. She has been hot for a while, having also posted 14 or more assists the last 12 times she's played.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Forestburg was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-9, 25-13.

Forestburg's victory bumped their record up to 12-13. As for Prairie Valley, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Coming up, after both having extra time off, Forestburg and Midway will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Prairie Valley, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Bellevue on the 14th.
