Soccer Recap: Plainwell Falls Short of Edwardsburg in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Plainwell can now relate to. While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Edwardsburg Eddies who were credited with the win on Tuesday. The Edwardsburg Eddies got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to the Plainwell Trojans' zero. While losing is never fun, Plainwell can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 105th, while Edwardsburg are ranked sixth).
