Football Recap: Gardendale Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Gardendale is still winless after their contest against Minor on Friday, but the team can take solace in the fact it was the closest they've come to winning. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 35-33 heartbreaker at the hands of the Tigers. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (31), the Rockets still had to take the loss.

Dominic White produced another solid effort picking up 109 receiving yards and one touchdown, while also rushing for 48 yards and a pair of scores for Minor. The bulk of those receiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 63 yards.

Gardendale's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Minor, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Gardendale wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 49-14 loss against Central on the 26th. As for Minor, they have also already played their next game, a 56-26 defeat against Ramsay on the 26th.
