Soccer Recap: Families Instructing Students HomeSchool Comes Up Short

After flying high against Geneva Classical Academy last Friday, Families Instructing Students HomeSchool came back down to earth. The Hawks lost 7-2 to the Florida College Academy Falcons on Tuesday. Families Instructing Students HomeSchool were not able to make up for their defeat to Florida College Academy from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Families Instructing Students HomeSchool's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 7-3. As for Florida College Academy, their win bumped their record up to 7-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Families Instructing Students HomeSchool will challenge Candlelight Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Families Instructing Students HomeSchool are facing Candlelight Christian Academy at the right time seeing as Candlelight Christian Academy are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Florida College Academy, they will take on Excel Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
