Basketball Recap: Mack Dolloff's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Classical over Berean Academy

The home team had won the previous five meetings between Classical and Berean Academy, and Classical kept the tradition alive. The Classical Saints fell 43-30 to the Berean Academy Warriors on Friday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-28 back in January.

Classical lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Mack Dolloff, who posted seven points. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 46.2% shooting accuracy. Graham Yost was another key player, putting up eight points.

Classical's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Berean Academy, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-6-1.

Coming up, Classical will take on Conway Springs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Berean Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
