            Basketball Recap: American School for the Deaf Tigers vs. Rochester School for the Deaf Wildcats        
        
		
        
        
            After flying high against Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf  on Friday, American School for the Deaf came back down to earth. The  contest between the American School for the Deaf Tigers and the Rochester School for the Deaf Wildcats didn't end well, with the American School for the Deaf Tigers falling  45-28. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the  42-14 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  back in February of 2016.
 American School for the Deaf's  defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of  K'Marie Owens, who  posted 11  points, and  Annyelis Frias, who  scored four points.
 Rochester School for the Deaf's win  on Saturday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Ashley Stuhlberg, who  dropped  a double-double with 15 points and 12  boards. Stuhlberg has been hot recently, having also posted two or more  steals the last four times she's  played.  Kalena Sickler was another key player,  putting up eight  points and 22  rebounds.
American School for the Deaf has  been struggling recently as they've  lost three of their last four matchups,  which has put a noticeable dent in their 12-4 record  this season. As for Rochester School for the Deaf, the  win was  the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-3.
 Coming up, American School for the Deaf won't have much time to rest: their next  game is against Ohio School for the Deaf  at 12:00  p.m.  on Sunday. Rochester School for the Deaf does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
