Fellowship Baptist Academy had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against the West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science Eagles on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Falcons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-16, 25-9.

Autumn James paced Fellowship Baptist Academy's offense, picking up five kills. James got some help from Addi McAlvey and her seven assists. McAlvey was also solid from the service line: she led the team with 15 aces.

Fellowship Baptist Academy's win bumped their record up to 5-7-1. As for West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Fellowship Baptist Academy will square off against Algoma Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for West Michigan Academy of Environmental Science, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sacred Heart Academy at 5:30 p.m. on the 26th.
