Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Licking Heights couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell 65-55 to the Big Walnut Golden Eagles on Wednesday. The Hornets' defeat signaled the end of their 11-game winning streak.

Licking Heights' loss dropped their record down to 20-5. As for Big Walnut, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-9.

Licking Heights does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Big Walnut, they will face off against Westerville North at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
