Soccer Game Preview: Franklin vs. Warren + How To Watch

The Franklin Knights will head out on the road to challenge the Warren Dragons at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Franklin has given up an average of 5.7 goals per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Franklin fell victim to General McLane and their airtight defense on Monday. They came up short against the Lancers, falling 16-0. While losing is never fun, Franklin can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania soccer rankings (they are ranked 507th, while General McLane are ranked 38th).

Meanwhile, Warren waltzed into their matchup on Monday with four straight wins... but they left with five. Their defense stepped up to hand the Royals a 3-0 shutout. Warren might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by three goals or more this season.

Franklin dropped their record down to 3-13 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Warren, their win bumped their record up to 10-4.

Franklin might still be hurting after the 8-0 loss they got from Warren in their previous matchup back in September. Can the Knights avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
