Onaway waltzed into their game on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Central Lake Trojans with a sharp 11-1 win. That's two games straight that the Cardinals have won by exactly ten runs.

Onaway's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Central Lake, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-6.

Coming up, Onaway will square off against Alcona at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.57 runs per game on average), something the Cardinals will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Central Lake, they will be playing at home against Suttons Bay at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
