Softball Recap: St. Francis Takes a Loss

On Friday, the St. Francis Troubadours came up short against the Vanden Vikings and fell 7-2.

St. Francis saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Claire Krotine, who scored a run while going 2-for-4. Krotine also brought in an RBI, marking her first of the season.

St. Francis' loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

St. Francis will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Sheldon at 3:30 p.m. on March 4th. As for Vanden, they will take on Oak Ridge at 3:30 p.m. on February 28th.
