Armando Mata Game Report: @ Corpus Christi Moody

While Armando Mata delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Cigarroa. Mata was unstoppable, rushing for 66 yards and one score on only eight carries, while also throwing for 102 yards and one TD while completing 75% of his passes.

Coming up, Mata and Cigarroa will welcome Southside at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Toros haven't beaten the Cardinals recently, having gone 0-6 since November of 2015.
