Norwood waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They never let the Mansfield Lions get on the board and left with a 14-0 victory. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 14 runs or more this season.

Norwood's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Mansfield, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-12.

Looking ahead, Norwood will be playing at home against Gainesville at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Mansfield, they will venture away from home to square off against Dora at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Lions are facing the Falcons at the right time seeing as the Falcons are stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
