Baseball Recap: Wilmington Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Wilmington Christian Academy suffered their closest loss since February 25th on Friday. They fell just short of the John Milledge Academy Trojans by a score of 7-5.

Wilmington Christian Academy has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season. As for John Milledge Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-3.

Looking ahead, Wilmington Christian Academy will take on Tattnall Square Academy at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Trojans will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Patriots surely won't give up without a fight. As for John Milledge Academy, they will venture away from home to square off against Stratford Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
